Operational assistant to the production manager in TheHrdwood

We are looking for a responsible and systematic person who is ready to go from studying technological processes "from the inside" to full production management.

This is a role for someone who wants not just to work, but to become a key figure in the company structure, going from assistant to autonomous production manager.

This is a position for a future top manager who is not afraid of physical work at the training stage and seeks to understand every stage of product creation.

Main duties:

• Operational management: Coordination of the full production cycle (from receiving blanks to packaging of finished products).
• Quality control: Final inspection of products for compliance with company standards before the shipment stage.
• Technological support: Work with materials (OSMO, Borma, paints), mastering of application techniques.
• Administration: Control of inventory balances, purchase of consumables, compliance with order fulfillment deadlines, timesheets and employee vacation schedules
• Optimization: Participation in the implementation of new work standards and increasing the efficiency of production processes.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Strategic thinking: Ability to see the process as a whole, not just individual tasks.
• High level self-organization: Ability to multitask without losing quality.
• Technical literacy: Willingness to master woodworking technology and work with logistical production processes.
• Soft Skills: Honesty, openness to feedback and developed communication skills skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in the production field or in administrative positions will be an advantage.

Working conditions:

• Location: m. Kyiv, Podil (12 Naberezhno-Lugova St.).
• Schedule: MON-FRI, 09:00 - 17:00.
• Payment: Stable payments every two weeks (negotiated based on interview results).
• Career: Clear prospect of moving to the position of Production Manager within a year.
