The following interesting tasks await you:

  • Processing incoming calls from lifecell subscribers in chats.
  • Providing advice on mobile communication issues and help in solving them subscriber requests.
  • Presentation and sale of promotional offers, services and tariff plans.
  • Working with the database and entering the necessary information.

We would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:

  • Availability of a PC or laptop, headset and stable Internet.
  • Skills of logical and mathematical thinking.
  • Competent written language: the ability to clearly and correctly formulate thoughts, following the rules of spelling and punctuation.
  • English is not mandatory, but it will be an advantage and a plus to your payment.
