Online support operator (not remote) in SINDERELLA

As part of the expansion of the service team, we are inviting an Operatorof online support who will accompany customers in digital communication channels and help with the resolution of requests.

The vacancy does NOT involve a remote work format!

Your main tasks:
• Processing customer requests in messengers and other online channels.
 • Providing information about services.
 • Controlling the correctness of applications and transferring them to further work.
• Cooperation with other departments for timely execution inquiries.

Our expectations:
• Experience is not essential.
• Basic computer, online platform and messenger skills.
