• Experience of working with users from 1 year (Service Desk, technical support, business systems support). 

• General understanding of the working principles of information systems, databases, cloud services and corporate software. 

   

• Ability to analyze the request, ask clarifying questions and find the root cause of the problem

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros). 

• Basic skills for working with Bash (writing scripts, automating tasks). 

• Understanding BPMN notation (reading and modeling business processes). 

• Understanding the principles of IP telephony (SIP protocol, call routing, queues).  

• Experience with IP telephony systems or contact centers (user settings, access control, basic diagnostics).

Experience with CRM Creation (at the user, operator or administrator level) will be an advantageprocessing data, generating reports and working with data received from/into the system. 

• Understanding the principles of information security and access management. 

• Basic experience with integrations or APIs.
