We are a stable company with over 15 years of experience in the shoe market in Ukraine. During this time we have built a strong brand that combines quality, style and service.

 Who we are looking for

We are looking for an attentive, communicative and responsible customer manager who likes to communicate with people, values quality in work and is ready to become part of a friendly team.

What for us important:

• Willingness to work, learn and develop

• Responsibility, punctuality, attention to details

• Clear diction, pleasant voice, competent Ukrainian language

• Ability to communicate with clients in all channels: telephone, chat, Instagram Direct, messengers

• Patience, courtesy and positive attitude

• Interest in fashion and basic knowledge of shoes and trends

• Creativity and modern thinking

 Will be big a plus if you:

• You have experience in 1C (managing orders, returns, accounting for goods, returns)

• You understand social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

• You know how to use Photoshop or other photo editors on a computer or phone (not necessary, but desirable)

• You have basic knowledge of CMS (site content management)

• You use artificial intelligence (AI) tools for texts, images or optimization tasks

 What will you do

• Communicate with customers in all channels: phone, chat, messengers, Instagram Direct

• Process ready orders — no cold sales

content creation.
