- College education
- Two years of experience in insurance or claims settlement
- Experience in technical support or IT administration from 1 year (preferred)
- High level of communication skills, ability to work with various interested parties, excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Knowledge of modern IT technologies and information systems implementation practices.
- Attention to details and the ability to learn quickly.
