We are ultra-fast and ultra-blooming. Now we are growing strongly, so we are looking for a Back office manager (office manager) to join our office. This is a position in the HR team, so if you are also interested in a direction of development in the HR field, you will have such an opportunity.
What tasks await you in the position:
- Providing the team with the necessary resources for productive work: purchasing stationery, household goods and goodies;
- Searching and maintaining a database of contractors: handymen, drivers, florists for the holidays;
>- Keeping records of material assets together with the company accountant;
- Control of uninterrupted operation of the company's systems: electricity, water supply, plumbing, electronics, etc.;
- Coordination, tabulation and control of the work of the company's cleaning managers and handymen;
- Organization of corporate events together with the HR Team;
- Taking of office staff units;
- Execution of organizational tasks of the manager: ordering premises, receiving mail, required monitoring, ordering premises, tickets for business trips etc.
- Candidate sourcing as an option for development.
What is important to us?
- Previous similar work experience of 1 year or more.
- Empathy and love for constant communication.
- Basic skills in using Excel and Google Sheets are a must.
- Responsibility and ability to fulfill agreements on time.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with diverse tasks.
- Ability to work with budgets and money.
