Subordination to the business owner. Formation of the organizational structure, regulations, payroll, participation in the onboarding of managers for the management company, formation of KPI positions, participation in the automation of HR processes.

< strong>Responsibilities:

• Participation in formation of business processes of the management company; 
• Completing the organizational structure; 
• Onboarding of management office managers; 
• Coordination of all parts of the Labor Remuneration Fund, coordination of the FOP budget;
• Participation in the automation of HR business processes; 
• Coordination of the staff schedule (management);
• Development of regulations, regulations; 
• Management of personnel discipline in basic operations.
