In connection with the expansion of the staff, we invite to our team a responsible and communicative office manager with the function of a sales manager.

What you will do:

• Receiving and processing incoming orders (phone, website, messengers)

• Consulting customers about the company's products

• Filing orders in the program accounting

• Checking the correctness of data entry

• Tracking the status of manufacturing and shipment of orders

• Coordinating the interaction between production, warehouse and customers

• Maintaining long-term relationships with partners

• Keeping accompanying documentation and reporting

Required experience:

• Experience in sales or in an administrative position will be an advantage

• Proficient in PC (MS Office, accounting programs)

• Competent oral and written language

• Responsibility, attention to detail

• Communication and orientation to result

• Ability to multitask
