Client manager / function administrator in Retail Association of Ukraine

Association of Retailers of Ukraine is a profile association of retail market players and companies directly related to retail.

More than 100 Ukrainian and international companies are members of the Association of Retailers of Ukraine, and more than 45 companies representing the B2B sector and shopping malls are partners.

RAU.UA Association portal every month visited by more than 200,000 unique users.

We are looking for a reliable team member who can interact professionally with clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Inviting members and partners of the Association, as well as other guests to participate in events (consulting by phone and e-mail)
2. Working with primary accounting documentation
3. Management of records
4. Maintenance of customer base
5. Technical organization and control of the registration area at events
6. Ensuring the operation of the office
7. Meeting partners and other visitors
8. Performing other tasks of the manager

Requirements for the candidate:

1. Competent verbal and written Ukrainian language
2. Knowledge of English at the intermediate+ level will be an advantage
3. Developed communication skills, diplomacy
4. Responsibility, attention to detail
5. Ability to work in multitasking mode
6. Work experience of 2 years or more will be an advantage
