    Separate areas of work are divided between different office managers, so you will work in a team over the following areas:

    • Hospitality and intra-object bandwidth: meeting guests, if necessary (very rare) tea/coffee, work with office office equipment (copying, scanning), calling a taxi, receiving calls , control of access to the office and removal of tangible assets, communication with guards;
    • Organization and observance of order;
    • Management ;
    • Organization of work space: lease of offices, their operation, payment of utilities, organization of repair works, organization of relaxation of employees, etc. (together with facilites);
    • Questions HoReCa: providing the office with everything necessary for functioning-products, household chemicals, stationery, first aid kit, furniture, household appliances (together with facilites), decor, etc. florists, decorators, doctors, mail/couriers, other suppliers of goods and services; search for partners, negotiations with them, signing contracts, control of payments and quality of goods and services;
    • Organization in the office of lunch, health insurance, leisure, discount program, etc. ;
    • Logistics/Recreation: Organization of Transfer, accommodation, food, document registration (visas, medical insurance);
    • Working with documents: contracts, acts, accounts, reports, descriptions, analyst , budget within the competence, account, checks/invoices, etc.;
    • Official communication in cooperationand on behalf of the company;
    • performing other management tasks.
