We are looking for an Labor Safety Engineer!

What should be done?
- participate in creating an effective occupational health and safety management system in accordance with legislative requirements and participate in the development and implementation of an occupational health and safety management system in accordance with the requirements of the OHSAS 18001 standard;
- conduct introductory briefings on occupational health and fire safety issues;
- teach, conduct trainings, and conduct knowledge checks on occupational health and fire safety issues with the preparation of relevant documents;< /li>
- inform and provide explanations to employees on issues of labor protection, fire and man-made safety;
- provide structural units of the enterprise with the necessary documentation on occupational safety, fire and man-made safety issues;
- provide operational and methodical management of work on occupational safety and fire safety;
- li>develop prospective and current work plans for creating safe and harmless working conditions;
- participate in the investigation of accidents, accidents and fires, ensure record keeping and reporting, analysis of accidents, occupational diseases, accidents and fires, as well as damage caused by these events;
- develop regulations, instructions and other normative documents on occupational safety and fire safety;
- monitor compliance with current legislation, cross-industry, sectoral and other regulatory acts, as well as control compliance by employees with the requirements of job instructions and instructions on issues of occupational safety and fire safety.
What do we expect?
- Higher education in the field of occupational safety, ecology, safety life activity or related areas.
- Experience in a similar or similar position (1 year).
- Knowledge of the specifics of the enterprise and legal acts in the field of labor protection.
- Skills in developing and implementing measures to improve working conditions, the ability to analyze risks and develop measures to minimize them.
- Ability to plan and maintain documentation. Skills of developing documents on issues of protection of avenueaci, man-made and fire safety.
- Knowledge of personnel training methods on occupational health and safety issues.
- Ability to work in a team and interact with different units.
- Ability to organize and monitor the implementation of labor protection measures.
- Honesty, sociability, desire for continuous improvement, initiative, ideation, logical thinking, high responsibility and attention to details, the ability to find a way out of non-standard situations.
- PC knowledge at the level of an advanced user (Excel, PowerPoint).
