 Requirements:

• Communication, attentiveness, analytical mindset, ability to work with a large amount of information
• Availability of valid occupational safety, fire safety, electrical safety certificates
• Confident user of MS Office
• Military ticket for men is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the state of implementation of the EMS at the enterprise based on the reports of the structural units; Monitoring of compliance with the requirements of the Legislation of Ukraine on labor protection and fire safety; Participation in the investigation of accidents;

• Formation and analysis of the budget of the labor protection department;
• Preparation of the normative base on labor protection and fire safety issues and timely updating;
• Organization and conduct of training on OP, briefings control over briefings in structural units;
• Control over technical maintenance of fire extinguishers, fire-fighting training;
• Control over initial and periodic medical examinations of company employees;
• Monthly control, analysis, approval of applications for the use of the EMS budget by structural divisions;
• Reporting on labor protection within the company;
• Attestation of workplaces according to working conditions;
• Organization of equipping the company's facilities with primary fire-fighting equipment, signs, evacuation plans, PPE, special clothing, purchase of first-aid kits, magazines, etc.;
• Work in the 1C program.
