Production and trade company AC-Step, 350+ staff in the state, we have the main divisions: production, trading house, model house and auxiliary: warehouses, back- office and others, 83 diverse positions.

We are looking for a personnel manager to join our team , with successful experience in the field of recruitment and adaptation of employees of various levels.

• work experience in a similar position from 2 years

Your duties will be:

• carrying out recruiting processes for vacancies in the company
• organizing and conducting interviews with potential candidates
• developing and implementing internal processes, documents and programs
• participation in the development and implementation of the company's HR strategies
• participation in the development of the company's HR brand
• labor market monitoring
