We are currently looking for an Engineer to join our team on labor protection.

Professional duties:

• Education staff and increasing their awareness of safety at work;

• Development of preventive programs to reduce the number of incidents/accidents and their costs;

• Legal compliance monitoring;

• Diagnostics and assessment of security status;

• Developing security procedures, ensuring their implementation and monitoring their effectiveness and compliance;

• Participation in internal projects that may be related to security;

• Participation in the development of a safety training plan for the development of a safety culture in the company;

• Identification and assessment of professional risks;

• Continuous improvement of workplace safety through the implementation of performance evaluation tools (severity factor, frequency of occurrence, number of accidents). Determination of procedures to be followed in the event of an accidentcalls or emergency situations;

• Study of changes to the Labor Code and safety rules in the workplace in order to ensure their application;

• Interaction with official bodies in the field of labor protection and monitoring of permits and periodic inspections (single document, harmful working conditions, frequency and levels of exposure etc.);

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the company's security plan;

• Disseminate information about measures to be taken to improve workplace safety performance.

Requirements:

• Higher or vocational education;

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;

• Knowledge in the field of labor protection;

• A confident MS Office user;

• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level;

• Teamwork;

• Proactivity, sociability, responsibility.
