We are looking for a creative and ambitious smm manager with videographer skills to join the team.< /p>

His big mission is to create content that will help promote our channel and other social networks.

What are your duties?

• Participation in the development of a marketing strategy for the promotion of the company's product
• Creation and publication of content in social networks
• Management of brand communications in social networks: creation and publication of interesting content (posts/clips/reels) for our social networks

• Generation of content for the YouTube channel and social networks: videos and photos to promote our company's products and services.
• Development of a video content plan for social networks and its implementation
• Regular creation of video clips of various types (including Reels).
• Organization of filming: getting acquainted with the technical task (TOR), creating a concept, promoting own ideas and locations, booking studios and lighting, finding the necessary props, working with people in the frame.
• Management of the shooting process according to the concept and TK prepared in advance.
• Helping the client during filming: compliance with technical specifications, control of planned timing.
• Editing and editing of filmed material. Creating subtitles, selecting background music, color correction.
• Communication with the team: generation and implementation of joint creative ideas.
• Formation of a work plan and creation of reports based on performance results.

Hard skills

• Successful cases of launching and developing brands in social networks;
• Experience in creating photo and video content, launching advertising campaigns;
• Willingness and inspiration to write/speak on behalf of the brand and team

• Experience working with a professional camera and shooting video.
• Availability of portfolio
• Photo retouching skills in Photoshop/Lightroom
• Confirmed work experience in programs for video editing, mixing sound and color in video, photo and video processing.
• Basic knowledge of Figma for creating content on Instagram
• Knowledge of basic principles of graphic design, composition and style
• Experience in writing competent meaningful texts and structured presentation of information.
• Experience in the field of social networks, videography and photography from 1 year.
