Occupational health and safety manager

Main responsibilities

• Ensuring control over compliance with the requirements of legislative and other normative acts on labor protection issues;
• Development together with other units of the enterprise of comprehensive measures to achieve established standards and increase the existing level of labor protection, plans, programs to improve working conditions, prevent industrial accidents injuries, occupational diseases, providing organizational and methodological assistance in the implementation of planned measures;
• Preparation of draft orders (orders) on occupational safety and health issues, reporting;
• Conducting introductory briefings on occupational safety issues;
• Keeping records and conducting analysis of the causes of industrial injuries, occupational diseases, accidents at work, the damage caused by them Informing employees about the main requirements of laws, other of labor protection regulations operating within the enterprise;
• Conducting internal labor protection audits and certification of workplaces for compliance with labor protection regulations;
• Control over the organization of storage, washing, dry cleaning, drying, dust removal and repair of special clothing, special shoes and other personal protective equipment;
• Organization of inspections, surveys of the technical condition of equipment, machines and mechanisms for their compliance with the requirements of normative legal acts on labor protection, the efficiency of ventilation systems, the condition of sanitary and domestic premises, means of collective and individual protection of employees, controls the timeliness of their implementation;
• Organization of training on occupational safety; good condition of fire equipment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Requirements of quality management systems and food safety according to international standards according to ISO 9001, BRC/IoP, HACCP), DPG, as well as WCM;
• English language -level B1 and above

Working conditions

• Full time
• Work schedule:7:30-16:00(flexible schedule possible,1 day a week — remotely)
