Cersanit Invest is hiring a Lean manager / Efficiency Manager

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher technical or technological education (will be an advantage);
• Certified Lean Manager;
• Knowledge of Lean principles and tools (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, A3, SMED, PDCA, etc.);
• Experience of practical implementation of Lean projects;
• High level of communication skills and experience of implementing changes in cooperation with teams;
• Ready to work in a team;
• Knowledge of English/Polish will be an advantage.

• Analysis of existing production processes in order to identify losses, bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Development and implementation of Lean tools (5S, Kanban, VSM, etc.).
• Cooperation with department heads, craftsmen, technologists to implement improvements in production.
• Training for employees on Lean principles and the culture of continuous improvement.
• Participation in projects to implement Lean principles.
• Control of the effectiveness of implemented projects.
• Preparation of necessary reporting and presentations.
• Constant analysis and provision of proposals for improving company processes.

Working conditions:

• Working schedule Monday - Thursday from 08.30 to 17.00,Friday from 08.30 to 14.30;
