We are looking for a Occupational Safety Manager

Functional:

• Develop an effective occupational health and safety management system, promote the improvement of activities in this direction of each structural unit and each official.
• Organize research into working conditions at workplaces, inspection of the technical condition of equipment .
• Conducts introductory briefing and preliminary special training and testing of knowledge on labor protection issues.
• Participate in the investigation of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents, analysis of their causes, development of measures for their prevention and elimination.
• Organize:

a) providing employees with rules, standards, regulations, regulations, instructions and other normative documents on labor protection;

b) accounting, analysis of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents, as well as losses from these events;

c) preparation of enterprise statistical reports on occupational health and safety issues;

d) development of prospective and current work plans of the enterprise to create safe and harmless working conditions;

• Participate in the development of regulations, instructions, other regulations on labor protection that apply at the enterprise and in the implementation of measures to create safe and healthy working conditions, rational modes of work and rest, taking into account the specifics of production .
• Control:

a) compliance with current legislation, cross-industry, sectoral and other regulatory acts on labor protection, compliance by employees with technological processes, rules of conductdealing with machines, mechanisms, equipment, tools and other means of production, using collective and individual protection, performing work in accordance with labor protection requirements, fulfilling the requirements of job instructions, labor protection instructions for professions and types of work;

b) compliance with regulations on labor protection of buildings and structures, machines, mechanisms, equipment, vehicles, technological processes, means of emergency, collective and individual protection of employees,< /p>

c) timely training and instruction of employees, certification and re-certification on labor protection issues of officials and persons performing high-risk work, as well as compliance with safety requirements during the performance of these works;

d) provision of workers with personal protective equipment, medical and preventive nutrition, milk or equivalent food products, detergents, sanitary facilities; organization of the drinking regime, provision of benefits and compensations provided for by law to employees related to difficult and harmful working conditions; d) implementation of measures, orders , orders on labor protection issues, as well as measures aimed at eliminating the causes of accidents and accidents specified in the investigation documents;

Wishes for the candidate's experience:

• Higher specialized education;
• Work experience in a similar position from 3 years;
• English language - intermediate level or higher; 
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of labor protection;
• Has practical experience in solving complex issues, obtaining permits, successful experience in passing inspections;
• Ability to work in a team and take responsibility decision.
