Your tasks:< /p>
- An ambitious challenge - construction and implementation of all HR processes from 0;
- Development and implementation of the company's HR strategy;
- Formation and development of the team;
- Building and development of the HR-Brand of the company;
- Formation of corporate culture;
- Development and implementation of material and intangible motivation;
- Implementation of NPS and eNPS, and based on the results, development of improvement measures;
- Analysis, systematization and improvement of the recruiting process;
- Implementation of HR analytics and planning;
- Labor market monitoring and timely implementation of changes;
- Conducting personnel audits, managing staff rotations;
- Maintaining a positive psychological climate in the team;
- Active participation in the development of the company.
Our expectations:
- higher education;
- obligatory work experience in a similar position in retail for at least 3 years;
- successful experience in the construction and implementation of all HR processes from 0;
- experience in forming and maintaining corporate culture and the employer brand;
- perfect knowledge of the KZOT of Ukraine;
