Your tasks:< /p>

• An ambitious challenge - construction and implementation of all HR processes from 0;
• Development and implementation of the company's HR strategy;
• Formation and development of the team;
• Building and development of the HR-Brand of the company;
• Formation of corporate culture;
• Development and implementation of material and intangible motivation;
• Implementation of NPS and eNPS, and based on the results, development of improvement measures;
• Analysis, systematization and improvement of the recruiting process;
• Implementation of HR analytics and planning;
• Labor market monitoring and timely implementation of changes;
• Conducting personnel audits, managing staff rotations;
• Maintaining a positive psychological climate in the team;
• Active participation in the development of the company.

• obligatory work experience in a similar position in retail for at least 3 years;
• successful experience in the construction and implementation of all HR processes from 0;
• experience in forming and maintaining corporate culture and the employer brand;
• perfect knowledge of the KZOT of Ukraine;
