We are looking for an attentive and communicative recruiter who will help find the best specialists for non-technical positions and become an important part of our recruiting team

You will be the bridge between talented people and opportunities in our company.

You are suitable for us if:

  • You have an intermediate level of English (written and orally)

  • You understand the basic principles of recruiting

  • Know how to use LinkedIn and other search platforms

  • Able to communicate with people

  • Organized and responsible

  • You are not afraid of objections and know how to work them out

  • You learn and adapt quickly

Will be a plus:

  • Experience as a sourcer (especially with non-technical roles: HR, marketing, administrative roles, etc.)

Your main tasks:

  • Search for candidates for non-technical positions (marketing, HR, sales, administrative roles, etc.)

  • Use of various search channels (LinkedIn, job sites, social networks, Boolean/X-Ray search)

  • Communication with candidates
