ELD Monitoring Specialist (Logbook Support) in Load N Go

LNG Holding is seeking a motivated ELD & Logbook Specialist to join our Safety Department. This role is vital for ensuring compliance with HOS and FMCSA regulations, maintaining accurate driver logs, and supporting drivers with ELD-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review driver logbooks daily to ensure HOS and FMCSA compliance.

• Identify and report violations, missing data, or risks to the Safety Manager.

• Edit and correct logs when needed to maintain accuracy.

• Communicate with drivers to explain and resolve logbook issues.

• Train and support drivers on proper ELD usage and compliance practices.

• Conduct audits — check trucks for required stickers, documentation, and ELD compliance.

• Assist with ELD setup and onboarding for new drivers.

Qualifications

• English level: B2 (spoken and written).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Experience with ELD systems, logbook monitoring, and HOS/FMCSA regulations.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in trucking, safety, or compliance is a mandatory.
