Manager of construction projects in Kintegro, TOV

It is important for us:

• Higher construction education;
• 2 years of work experience;
Autocad, Project;
• Ability to work with a project team under supervision;
• Achieving construction deadlines within the agreed budget;
• Knowledge of construction processes and technologies;

• Understanding the sequence of construction works;
• Working in a team and for the result, responsibility;
• Readiness for business trips (1 — 2 times a month).

Main duties links include:

• Coordinating the actions of the project team;
• Creating and controlling work schedules, if necessary, taking actions to eliminate strong shifts in the schedule;
• Early planning and control of the budget of the construction project;
• Control over the acts of works performed on the objects;
• Constant communication with the customer and assistance in solving urgent issues;
• Control and coordination in solving the material and technical support of the project;
• Reporting on the state of affairs in the project.
