Motion Designer (YouTube Project) in Ajax Systems

Areas of responsibility:

• Participation in the implementation of ideas (creatives) into static graphics and 2D animation for Youtube.
• Creation and updating of materials: covers, instructions for use, infographics, icons, etc. for example, animated intros/outros, demonstrations of devices, infographics in videos.
• Development of 2D motion graphics for videos. Animation of UI/UX concepts for demonstrations of devices and usage scenarios.
• Collection and editing of video footage, including color correction, sound and addition of graphic elements.
• Following design principles and standards for working with files and mockups.
• Close cooperation with marketing, production and technical specialists, so that the designer understands that the work is a team and cross-functional.

Main requirements:

• Skills to work and create design in Figma.
• Confident use of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Photoshop. 
• Understanding and practical use of the basic principles of graphic design: composition, typography, color, hierarchy.
• Knowledge of the principles of animation (timing, easing, composition).
• Experience in creating 2D animations, integrating graphics into video and working with templates.
• Structural approach to the process of creating a design and organizing working materials. 
• Ability to create animations and videos in accordance with brand guides.
• Independence and responsibility in completing tasks.
• Planning and constructive use of your time.
• Interest in fresh trends in design, innovation and technology.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with installation video.
• Experience with any other video editing program.
• Skills in Cinema 4D, Blender or similar programs for simple 3D animations.
• Understanding and knowledge of JIRA (or similar) as a staging and task control toolh.
• Intermediate English level or higher.
