We are looking for a creative Motion Designer/Video Editor to create effective advertising creatives, both video and static. Create static and video creatives for performance advertising (Google, Meta, Mintegral);Mount different variations of video creatives based on ready-made scenarios and materials;Work with UGC format, light animations and templates;Adapt creatives for different platforms (sizes, timing, CTA);Use AI tools to speed up work (image/video generation, voices, video processing, etc.).What we need:
- Basic experience with video- and Adobe After Effects/Adobe Premiere Pro/Movavi/CapCut, Figma/Canva graphic editors;
- Creativity, initiative and the ability to quickly adapt to tasks;
- High attention to details and the ability to perform several tasks at the same time;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- English minimum B1 (to understand trends, references, scripts).
It will be a plus:
- Understanding how advertising works in digital, which formats work and which do not;
- Experience in using AI tools at work (for example, Freepik, Runway, Midjourney, Pika, Descript, etc.);
- Experience with mobile applications or gamedev.
