Production manager (food production) in Nammi

We are a young and ambitious company specializing in the production of sublimated products. Our goal is to create an innovative, useful and quality product. We are actively developing, introducing new technologies and looking for a professional to lead our production.

What we expect from you:

• Organization and development: Setup and control of all stages of the sublimation process.
• Team management: Selection, adaptation, training of personnel and formation of effective work schedules.
• Technological control: Ensuring uninterrupted operation of equipment and strict adherence to technological maps.
• Quality and standards: Control of sanitary norms (HACCP), occupational health and fire safety rules.
• Accounting and reporting: Control of raw material balances (TMC), coordination of shipments of finished products and preparation of reports for management.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in a managerial position in food production (experience in sublimation or freezing will be an advantage).
• Understands the principles of operation of production equipment.
• Able to manage a team, be a leader and maintain discipline.
• Systematic, attentive to details and results-oriented.

We we offer:

• Salary: UAH 45,000.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Location: Kyiv region. with. Novi Petrivtsi
