GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

GO"Green-Landia" invites a specialist in monitoring and evaluations, who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and evaluating data on the effectiveness of project implementation.

Main tasks:

• Collection and verification of field data operations;
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of project activities;
• Analysis of results according to project indicators;
• Preparation of regular reports for management, donors and partners;
• Support of collection tools data and ensuring their relevance;
• Maintaining and updating the beneficiary database;
• Coordinating information submission formats in accordance with national and international standards;
• Organizing and supporting mechanisms for feedback and accountability to communities;
• Cooperation with partners, donors and state structures in the field of monitoring and evaluation.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation in public or international organizations;
• Experience with databases and analytical tools, proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, preferably experience with digital data collection tools such as KoboToolbox, ODK or similar platforms;
• Good communication skills, the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations;
• Confident command of the Ukrainian and English languages (oral and written);
• Adhere to the norms, principles and code of conduct of the Organization.
