Business Analyst (Web & Mobile) in Fakel

Hello! We are Wandry, an outsourced web development agency. We create not just websites, but tools for business: complex web services, back-office systems and mobile applications.

Now we are looking for a Business Analyst who will become the "brain center" of the project. We need someone who can listen to the customer, ask the right questions, and turn abstract ideas into clear, structured documentation for developers.

Your Tasks:

• Determine requirements: Communicate with customers (alone or in conjunction with PMs) to understand their business goals and needs.

• Design: Creation of product operation logic and interface prototypes (Wireframing/Prototyping). We work in Figma, but if you are more comfortable in other tools, we are open.

• Documentation: Writing clear technical tasks and User Stories. Your goal is that the developer does not have the question "What should have happened here?".

• Support: Support of the team in the development process, clarification of requirements "on the fly" and validation of the finished functionality.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience working as a Business Analyst in outsourcing from 2 years.

• Speaks English at the Upper-Intermediate level (willingness to conduct calls with foreign clients is required).

• Able to make complex things simple and lay out processes "on the shelves".

• Has skills in interface prototyping.

Will plus:

• Technical background: understanding how APIs, databases work.

• Ability to build diagrams (UML, BPMN) to visualize processes.

We offer:

• Hybrid schedule: Combination of live communication and focused work with home.

  • Tuesday, Thursday: we work in the office from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

  • Mon, Wed, Fri: remotely.

• Location: Comfortable office in Odesa (Marshal Govorov Street, 18a).

• Atmosphere: Informal environment, adequate management, opportunity to influence processes in the company.

• Salary: UAH 40,000 – 60,000 (depending on the results of the interview).
