The Right to Protection, CF
INTRODUCTION
BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter the Foundation) is a charitable foundation that strives for Ukraine to become a country where refugees, stateless persons, non-citizens and displaced persons persons enjoy dignity and protection.
The monitoring and evaluation specialist will report to the Monitoring Department Coordinator and evaluation of the Foundation and will work in close cooperation with the development and fundraising departments, program departments, communication and advocacy department, as well as with the support of the financial and administrative department.
The position includes the possibility of remote work.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and maintains monitoring tools in accordance with the needs of the Fund;
Monitors compliance with the requirements for monitoring and evaluation of the Fund's partners;
Works with project documentation and project coordination in terms of monitoring and evaluation, interacts with donor representatives on monitoring and evaluation issues;
Ensures proper secondary data collection, tracking and management;
Contributes to the effectiveness of the monitoring and evaluation unit by providing management and supervision of data collection teams in the field as needed;
Complements project reporting in accordance with the guidelines of the Fund and the requirements of donors in the agreed terms;
In cooperation with the coordinators of the monitoring and evaluation department and the development and fundraising department, complements project proposals/budgets by providing basic information for analyzing the situation, basic indicators and establishing relevant indicators of processes and results;
Develops, tests and manages data collection (KoboToolBox, Google Forms, etc.).
Reporting and accountability
Follow all relevant R2P policies and procedures, including the victim accountability policy population.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Higher education in the field sociology, social sciences, law, management, research or other relevant field;
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation;
Experience in humanitarian and development programs is an advantage;
Knowledge of data collection tools would be an advantage;< /span>
Experienced Excel user;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to work independently on agreed tasks;
Meeting deadlines, attention to detail;
Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
