Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD)created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of child rights.
The main task of the coordinator for supporting vulnerable families during winter challenges is to ensure the implementation of the project in accordance with the program plan and budget. The role of the coordinator - supporting vulnerable families during winter challenges - is extremely important in winter conditions, when social and economic difficulties can be particularly felt for many families. Such a person usually coordinates various relief programs to provide support to those most in need during the cold season.
Duties:
gathering information about families who are in a vulnerable situation (poor, single mothers, pensioners, large families, etc.). ensuring comprehensive planning of project implementation at all stages;
assessment of the needs of vulnerable families:
ensuring the implementation of the goals and objectives of the project, in accordance with the commitments;
participation in the development of the reporting process and in the further preparation of reports based on the results of project activities;
coordination with local bodies and organizations;
preparation and maintenance of relevant documentation within the framework of the project;
information support;
conducting communication and organizing joint meetings with partners, stakeholders and donors involved in activities within the framework of the project;
security partner interaction with the donor within the framework of project implementation;
providing all conditions for passing project and organizational audits;
psychological support for families, help in reducing stress and anxiety that may arise in winter tests;
tracking how effectively assistance is provided to vulnerable families and adjusting support measures when necessary;
monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the assistance provided:
providing other professional services related to project implementation and international cooperation.
Requirements :
higher education in economics, finance, public administration, social work or related fields
experience working with projects from international organizations;
media experience would be an advantage;
understanding the structure and components of social services in the community and in general;
knowledge and skills in project management, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, program and financial reporting, administration, project communications;
knowledge of legislation in the field of child rights protection and social protection;
experience of work/cooperation with authorities and local self-government;
diplomacy and developed communication skills,ability to advocate for the community at the level of decision-makers;
fluency in the Ukrainian language;
knowledge of the English language will be an advantage;
computer and technical literacy
