BF "NEW WAY" is looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistantwith a place of work in m. Dnipro, to support the implementation of projects in the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions. The vacancy involves field visits to these regions.
Probationary period: 2 months

- Assisting in the development of monitoring and evaluation tools to collect data and ensure their proper use by project teams;
- Conduct post-distribution surveys (PDM) by telephone and visit distribution sites to gather feedback from beneficiaries;
- Support in organizing and documenting baseline, interim and final studies;
>- Participation in monitoring visits of implementation sites projects for data collection and verification;
- Provide support in conducting focus groups and key informant interviews (as needed);
- Maintain, maintain and store department records, including questionnaires and reports;
- Entering data into trackers and checking compliance with standards of quality;
- Timely informing the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator about field activities and data collection;
- Providing support during the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports (as needed);
- li>Recording and analyzing feedback for further improvement of the program, while respecting confidentiality and data protection.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Minimum one year of monitoring experience and assessment, research (qualitative and quantitative) in the context of humanitarian aid;
- Understanding project cycle management (PSM);
- Data collection experience;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel and/or MS Access);
- Experience using mobile data collection platforms ( e.g. Kobo, SurveyCTO) and development of XLS forms;
- Experience of working in other humanitarian NGOs will be an advantage;
- Experience monitoring and evaluation of WASH projects will be an advantage.
