Required professional competencies and skills:
proven experience of working with communities or local self-government bodies or managing related projects with humanitarian aid, permanent development, local governance, decentralization, policy analysis and/or other relevant fields;
available experience in organizational and/or managerial work (head of sector/department; head of the institution, etc.);
high level of self-motivation to achieve results;
fluency in Ukrainian, English will be an advantage;
good skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online videoconferencing tools (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.); international humanitarian standards.
