SMART business, a leading Microsoft partner in Ukraine, Georgia and Azerbaijan, is looking for a Microsoft 365 Implementation Consultant who can help our customers unlock the full potential of Microsoft cloud solutions.

This role will give you a unique opportunity to combine your analytical skills, technical knowledge and deep understanding of business processes. You will be a key link between business and IT, helping our customers optimize their operations, improve productivity and achieve strategic goals using Microsoft 365 tools.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting interviews with business customers to detail their requirements
• Modeling of business processes and description of user scenarios using BPMN/UML/IDEF0 notations
• Setting tasks for developers to implement functionality
• Preparation and conducting of presentations, webinars and workshops on Microsoft 365 products
• Training and advising key client users on platform capabilities
• Customizing modules and product functionality using standard Microsoft 365 tools
• Advising clients on licensing schemes for Microsoft 365, Power Platform and other SMART products business
• Preparation of documentation, release notes and change logs for clients
• Conducting end-to-end testing of solutions

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience as an analyst or consultant in the IT industry
• Understanding the methodology of business analysis and the life cycle of IT products
• Experience in the development of technical documentation and conducting presentations
• Knowledge of key concepts and methodologies of business analysis (BABOK) - desirable
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform products - preferred
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of Polish, Spanish or German will be an advantage
