We are seeking a Mobile Project Manager , a decisive leader, to join United Tech. You will coordinate developers and product managers, ensuring everyone adheres to established processes for a smooth, efficient workflow. This is a pure project management role, free from product ownership headaches.

In this role, you will

• Successfully lead complex projects by guiding a development team to define, plan, deliver, and support high-quality software products
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, Retrospectives, Grooming, Phase planning)
• Work closely with Jira team statistics and KPIs (team capacity, velocity, etc.)
• Prepare and define project scope, schedule, and resource plans jointly with the team
• Ensure successful project development and delivery
• Manage and coordinate processes across all team members
• Ensure projects flow well
• Negotiate project acceptance criteria and develop strategies to meet the requirements and deliver superior quality on time

It’s all about you

• 3+ years of commercial experience in mobile (Native iOS and Android) project management
• Proven experience in managing mobile-first projects with an update cycle of no less than once a month
• Understanding of the mobile development lifecycle and project planning
• Agile or equivalent certifications
• Experience in team management with 10+ team members
• Ability to plan and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business strategies

Would be a plus

• Technical background in development
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• Advanced Jira knowledge (Jira Premium, Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards)
• Understanding of Android/iOS best practices for application development
