Project Coordinator

We are a dynamic and innovative company that thrives on cross-functional collaboration. Our projects encompass software development, physical constructions, and operations, and we’re seeking a superstar Project Coordinator to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. As our Project Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that holds our projects together. You’ll wear many hats, ensuring clear communication across teams, managing resources effectively, and keeping projects on track.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with project managers to develop and implement project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables for multi-functional projects.
  • Create and maintain clear and realistic project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated optimally.
  • Serve as the central communication hub, fostering clear and timely communication between project stakeholders, diverse teams, and multiple locations. Prepare and distribute regular project updates, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Orchestrate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring their efficient and effective utilization.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports. Ensure all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, keeping stakeholders informed of any potential delays.
  • Monitor project progress and performance to guarantee deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Monday, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

Work Life Balance:

  • 22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays (11 days). Extra leave days for every extra year at the company — 43 days including public holidays by year 5 of employment.
  • 10 sick leave days per year (without a doctor’s note).
  • Medical leave: up to 30 days per year, documented with a medical certificate.
  • To support women candidates, we offer 21 weeks of maternity leave and 100% work from home until the child’s first birthday for mothers.
  • Men receive 4 weeks of paternity leave and can work from home until the child is 13 weeks old.
