Military Recruiter

We are looking for Military Recruiter to work with an official unit. Your main task is quality processing of the incoming flow of applications (inbound), conducting professional screening and selecting candidates whose skills and motivation best match the department's needs.

This role is for a specialist who combines an analytical approach with developed empathy.
We are looking for a person who:

• can put apt questions to separate the real competences from the declared ones.
• quickly adapts to changes in priorities and new technical requirements.
• understands that behind every resume is the combat capability of the unit.
• communicates clearly, correctly and professionally.

Key requirements:

• 2 years of experience in recruiting (experience in Tech, Defense or Executive Search will be an advantage).
• ability to conduct in-depth interviews, assess soft skills and psychological stability.
• fluent Ukrainian language and level EnglishB2+.
• ability to quickly learn new technical information (structure of units, types of weapons, specializations).

Main tasks:

• Inbound Management: prompt processing and qualification of incoming applications.
• Screening & Interviewing: conducting initial interviews, verification of candidates' experience and skills.
• Reporting: keeping reports and supporting the candidate at all stages until the moment of enrollment.
• Learning: constant deepening of knowledge in military specifics (UAV, EW, communications, etc.) —we provide the necessary training.
