Job description: We are looking for a talented Middle UX/UI Designer who dreams of becoming part of our friendly and creative team of professionals! You will be responsible for creating intuitive, attractive and efficient interfaces for our customers. Your work will contribute to improving the user experience and achieving the goal of growing their business. Main tasks: development of interfaces for websites, web applications and other digital products taking into account the best practices of UX/UI design; conducting UX audits and optimizing existing interfaces to improve them productivity and efficiency (Conversion Rate Optimization); creation of prototypes and layouts of interfaces for concept validation and feedback; development of commercial proposals that will demonstrate the effectiveness and value of our UX/UI solutions for clients; conducting design-review after project implementation; presentation and protection of design solutions before and after their implementation; fulfillment of internal tasks of the UX/UI department. Important for us: 2+ years of experience working with projects in the field of UX/UI design; experience working with e-commerce projects and their examples in the portfolio; knowledge of usability heuristics and their use to improve the user experience; deep understanding of user behavior patterns and interface design for e-commerce projects; mastery of Google Analytics at a basic level; English language proficiency from level B1+ and above; knowledge of modern trends in the field of design and the ability to adapt to work needs; good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines; the ability to correctly convey your idea to the customer; Willingness to learn and constantly improve in the field of UX/UI design; ability to work in a team, communicate and share ideas. Will be a plus: basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe PhotoShop; experience with SaaS and EdTech; knowledge of tools such as Hotjar, Clarity; experience in carrying out quantitative and qualitativeUX research.
