Your responsibilities:

• Selection and headhunting of top-level candidates;
• Building executive search strategies;
• Evaluation managerial competencies;
• Working with top management and key stakeholders;
• Supporting candidates for successful hiring.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in recruiting from 3-5 years, in particular with top-level vacancies;
• Practical experience of headhunting;
• Skills of conducting in-depth interviews and assessment of leadership and management competencies;
• Confident user of LinkedIn, job platforms, CRM/ATS, modern sourcing tools.
