Your responsibilities:
- Selection and headhunting of top-level candidates;
- Building executive search strategies;
- Evaluation managerial competencies;
- Working with top management and key stakeholders;
- Supporting candidates for successful hiring.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in recruiting from 3-5 years, in particular with top-level vacancies;
- Practical experience of headhunting;
- Skills of conducting in-depth interviews and assessment of leadership and management competencies;
- Confident user of LinkedIn, job platforms, CRM/ATS, modern sourcing tools.
