We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer who is committed to creating award-winning site designs and user interfaces for startups and enterprises worldwide!

If you can do this, we are definitely a "match":

• You have commercial experience in the position of UI/UX Designer from 2 years; freelance experience is also considered, if it is regular.
• You have experience in designing specifically for websites/ecommerce/web applications. Created from five UI concepts for sites over the last year. Experience working on one product is not relevant.
• Have a creative vision, think "out of the box", ready to pay attention to details for cool result.
• You follow trends, constantly look for new approaches and design solutions, and you also strive to learn.
• You know how to conduct research and create a moodboard.
• You know how to work with Brand Guidelines/Brand Books and develop branding in UI/UX design.
• You have 99+ level of work with Figma.
   

Will be your "card in hand" if you understand what we are talking about :

• You have skills drawing (illustrations).
• Able to work with motion design, even at a basic level. You can show animation ideas in Figma/Jitter or Adobe After Effects.
• You have experience of creating work in a team.
• You have experience in Graphic Design/Brand Design.
• You speak English at the B2 level. The team speaks Ukrainian, meetings with clients are conducted by Project Managers, but this school is important for your professional growth.
• You know how to work with AI tools at the Advanced level.

What will we pay money for :

• Working in a team of 10+ designers in the direction of UI/UX design (https://valmax.agency/services/design/web-design/, https://valmax.agency/services/design/ui-ux-design/).
• Conducting Design Research and creating Moodboards.
• Wireframing/prototyping.
• UI Concepts - we do not make "templates", we sell individual solutions for the client's business. Creating the concept of the future site is the most responsible part of the design.
• Mobile Design - adaptation for mobile and tablet devices screens.
• Creation of a UI Kit.
• Collaboration with the development team.
• Illustrations and graphics for sites.
• Working in synergy and under the guidance of the Lead UI/UX Designer and Art Director.
• Working on the company's internal marketing materials (Dribbble, Behance, Website Portfolio, Social Media Posts etc.).
