Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation (UCBS) is an independent analytical center specializing in national security issues. Our mission is to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities by conducting research, developing strategic communications and implementing partnership projects.

We are looking for a graphic designer who shares our values ​​and strives to contribute to strengthening the state. Requirements:

• To share the values of the team: supporting the independence and sovereignty of Ukraine, strengthening the state through one's professional activities.
• Have experience as a designer from 1 year in digital / marketing / SMM / agency.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (knowledge of After Effects or Canva would be an advantage).
• General understanding of social media mechanics, banner advertising, and targeting.
• Ability to create creatives that "hook" the audience.
• Able to use AI tools for design or idea generation.
• Work quickly, in a structured manner and with attention to detail.

Duties:

• Creation of advertising creatives for digital campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok, Google, YouTube).
• Working on visual content for social networks: banners, storiz, reels-covers, carousels, moodboards.
• Using AI tools to generate ideas, search for references, create images and optimize the workflow.
• Generation of visual ideas and strategies to increase the conversions of advertising campaigns.
