Middle UI\UX Designer in GEYMDEV, TOV

Critical requirements for the candidate:
< span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">* Experience working with interfaces for at least 1-2 years (depending on the position);
* Deep knowledge of Figma, understanding of components, autolayouts, variables, etc.;
* Attention to detail and emphasis on product quality;
* Experience designing and supporting StyleGuide and UIKit;
* Experience in prototyping and designing User Flow.

Functional duties:
* Development and improvement of UI/UX solutions for the existing product;
* Design development for A/B tests aimed at increasing product conversion and improving user experience;
* Conducting qualitative and quantitative research (competitor analysis, etc.);
* Close collaboration with product and design teams and developers;
* Support and improvement of the Guidelines. Nice to have:
* Experience building applications and knowledge of iOS Android Guidelines
* Knowledge of creating animations using Figma* Lottie animation* Experience with Spline, Dora (will be a big plus)
