We promote web projects in the field of affiliate marketing: we create and optimize websites, attracting traffic and converting visitors into clients of our partners. We have extensive expertise in the iGaming niche in Western markets.

So we're looking for a recruiter who (a) shares our values and will help find the best specialists.

What tasks will you have?

• Develop the company's Employer Branding: create and maintain a positive image on the labor market.
• Conduct the full cycle of recruiting: from search and candidate screening before their first working day in the team.
• Working with ATS: manage candidate database, provide feedback and clear communication with candidates.
• Work with data and analytics: generate reports and track necessary data to analyze the hiring process.
• Search for specialists: search for talent on job boards and use non-standard engagement channels and creative approaches to achieve results.
• Maintain communication with HM: be in touch with hiring managers, ensure transparency of processes and quick feedback.
• Initiate change:propose and implement personal ideas that will improve the company's recruiting processes.

What is important to us:

• Experience in recruiting from 3 years: your previous experience related to the product, iGaming niche and hiring SEO specialists.
• Quality hiring: you understand the portrait of the candidate in detailjob, and your focus in hiring is on long-term cooperation.
• Superior ability to negotiate: be it a job application , quick feedback from a manager or an interview slot.
• Expertise in search channels: you know where the experts are, and you know how to find them even in the most difficult conditions.
• You are not afraid of data and numbers:
• like to analyze, structure and optimize processes.
• English language level: Intermediate to ensure a comfortable interaction with candidates as needed.
• Interested in new trends in hiring:familiar with current trends in recruiting, you use AI tools to effectively attract candidates.
• You can say about yourself:attentive to details, have analytical thinking and adapt quickly to changes.
