In connection with the active development of the network, we invite an experienced Ooperations director who will become part of our team and effectively manage business processes in the store network. Meat market".

Your key tasks:

• Organize and control the operational activities of the network;
• Implement and improve business processes;
• Work on improving the efficiency of stores;
• Control the implementation of sales plans and budgets;
• Ensure a high level of customer service;
• Organize training and staff development;
• Analyze store performance and implement solutions for improvement.

• Experience in a managerial position (operations director, regional manager, retail network director) from 5 years;
• Understanding the principles of managing operational processes;
• Analytical skills and experience working with KPI;
