We created a strong team and became Laba, which is written about in Forbes and Harvard Business Review. We are growing and looking for a Middle SMM manager to help with the development and posting of posts on social networks.

What will be on your task list:

• implementation and improvement of the content plan of Laba social networks;
• creation of posts and teamwork with designers and another SMM;
• work with social network analytics (analysis of basic metrics);
• generation of new sections in Laba social networks (Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok);
• be ahead of SMM trends — tracking, studying and applying;
• presentation of own ideas and work results;
• participation in department brainstorms;
• work with other departments and their involvement in SMM activities.

Requirements

Skill pack for quality performance of tasks:

• 2-3 years of experience in managing several social networks of the same brand at the same time;
• understanding the specifics of working with content in various social networks (at least Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram) — what works, why different social networks are needed;
• you have experience in creating an SMM strategy and content plan for projects on various topics;
• you know how to organize your work and work in a team;
• you like to be creative and generate ideas and you understand what it is for;
• experience working with numbers, analytics - you are not afraid of them and are responsible for the result;
• you love online education and want to develop the market together with us.

It will also be cool if you:

• have an education, experience as a journalist;
• you are in Kyiv and can sometimes come to our office in Podil.
