—Improve the design of existing pages through a/b testing to increase conversion to purchase;
- Work out product benefits, graphics, paywalls and look for new ideas to attract users on Health&Fitness and Mental Health topics;
— Collaborate with specialists from various fields, including product managers, marketers, analysts, UX researchers, to identify growth opportunities and develop effective design solutions;
—Work with our developers and testers to ensure the correct implementation of the design;
— Work out designs based on user feedback and data analysis;
—Develop and maintain a design system and brand book to ensure consistency across products across platforms.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in design with a focus on UI design, experience in graphic design is also a plus;
—Your portfolio can demonstrate design solutions supported by metrics;
—You have an understanding of user behavior and psychology;
- Experience with Figma, Miro, Jira and Adobe Creative Suite;
—Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis tools (eg Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau);
—You understand front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
As of now, the team has 6 designers + team leader. There are daily sinks, once a week sink design, retro, learning, and if necessary, you can gather for a brainstorm.
