Middle Site Reliability Engineer (Windows, .NET, IIS) in Ukrposhta

Right now we are looking for a Middle Site Reliability Engineer (Windows, .NET, IIS)

Main duties:

• Ensuring uninterrupted operation and support of Linux-based servers
• Configuring and maintaining reverse proxies/load balancers (Nginx/HAProxy) and high availability components (Keepalived)
• Deploying, maintaining and monitoring containerized applications in Docker and Podman
• Resolving incidents caused by systems monitoring/notification, within the agreed SLA
• Performing root cause analysis and preventive actions
• Automating infrastructure and application operations (configuration, configuration, deployment, scheduled maintenance)
• Administering and configuring Kafka and RabbitMQ clusters to ensure reliable data transfer
• Maintaining platform and process documentation

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SysAdmin or similar fields

• Experience with Linux (Ubuntu, Debian)

• Experience configuring Nginx, HAProxy, Keepalived

• Experience with Docker or Podman (compose, stacks, engine, etc.)

• Experience with any CI/CD tools: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.

• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana)

• Understanding network basics: TCP/HTTP/DNS/SSL

  Basic skills in Bash, Ansible, Python

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of high load and high availability concepts
• Experience with Windows, .NET, IIS
• Experience with systems messaging (Kafka and/or
• RabbitMQ)
• Kubernetes experience
