About the team: IT RMO - direction - development, development and implementation of new IT systems and bank products.

Purpose of the position: management of key IT projects with the participation of cross-organizational teams.

Basic responsibilities:

• IT project management, planning and coordination of work
• Participation in the development of IT project management methodology and tools
• Participation in the processes of monitoring the quality of the IT portfolio and achievement of planned indicators

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 1+ year of work experience as a project manager
• Experience of successfully implementing projects in the IT industry
• Experience with IT project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack)
• Understanding the components of SDLC, PDLC, demand management
• Experience in enterprise companies in the role of project manager (banks, large organizations, IT product companies, outsourced companies with own development)
• Practical work experience in drafting project requirements
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams< /li>
• Analytical skills, communication abilities
• Ability to work with significant amounts of information (extraction, interpretation and visualization data)
• Skills for working with a Gantt chart and CP
