Head of small and medium-sized business risk management in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for:

• Organization of the credit risk management process in the business line of lending to customers of micro, small and medium businesses in accordance with the best practices and requirements of the National Bank.

• Identification, assessment, control and provision of proper management of credit risks of small and medium-sized business clients. 

processes in the direction of credit risk management. Participation in the digitization of the crediting process and the development of credit risk management tools.

• Writing and keeping up-to-date methodological documents in the direction of credit risk management.

• Ensuring credit portfolio risk analysis and functioning of the reporting system for credit risk management in the segment of small and medium-sized businesses.

• Decision-making regarding requests for lending as part of the credit committee.

You you are suitable if you have:

• Full higher education in economics or mathematics; 

• Experience of working in the banking system/financial sphere for at least 5 years, incl. in management positions - at least 1 year;

• High level of expertise in financial or risk analysis of SME clients;

• Experience in digitalization of processes is an advantage;

• Knowledge of MS Office programs at the level of an advanced user;

• High analytical skills; 

• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate is a significant advantage.
