  • experience in a similar position from 1 year ;
  • Knowledge of modern staff selection techniques and ability to work with different channels of involvement of candidates;
  • strong communication skills: ability to negotiate, work with objections and maintain professional relationships with candidates;
  • The experience of simultaneously conducting several vacancies of different levels (from Junior to Senior);
  • A confident ownership of AS-systems (experience in working with PeopleForce will be an advantage);
  • Ability to set priorities and interact effectively with the team;
  • Higher education.
