Functional responsibilities:
• Processes of recruitment and adaptation of staff at different stages of Employee Journey Map in a regional trade mission;
• ensures the existence of candidates of the necessary competence in the required number, with corporate values ​​for closing vacancies;
• prevents and resolves conflict situations in units;
• organizes and controls personnel administration in the unit;
• organizes corporate motivational measures, according to the needs of the unit; >
• plot corporate culture and support the internal and external communications strategy;
• collects and analyzes HR meters;
• prepares a report on HR functions to the budget committee of the unit;
• Readiness for short-term business trips for Kiev (1-2 times a year)
